Warranty policy
All customers using porcelain teeth and dental implants services at Odent Dental Clinic will be given a warranty card.
The warranty card provides basic information: Customer name, customer code, warranty period, service information and warranty conditions.
Each service will have different warranty periods.
Customers can go to any branch of Dai Nam Dental system for consultation and warranty.
Warranty conditions
Warranty card must be within warranty period, intact, with no signs of erasure or editing.
The information on the warranty card must match the personal documents and management system.
In case the customer loses the card, if the customer is identified as a Dai Nam Dental customer, the customer will still be covered by the warranty policy.
Warranty for porcelain teeth: After the tooth is attached, during the warranty period, if the porcelain tooth is cracked, broken, falls out or naturally deformed due to poor doctor’s skills (not due to external forces such as falling, playing sports, biting tough, hard food…) the customer
will be entitled to a warranty policy and have their teeth redone.
Warranty for Implants applies to the following cases: Joints fall off, Implant pillars are cracked or broken, and other cases due to Doctor’s skills.
Cases not covered by warranty policy
Customers do not come for treatment at Odent Dental Clinic or do not return for check-ups or do not follow the doctor’s instructions.
Customers eat hard foods and use strong chewing force, affecting the implant teeth.
Poor oral hygiene before and after treatment.
Regular heavy smoking or new periodontal problems.
Customers with poor health conditions that affect oral health: Endocrine diseases, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.
Allergies and medical conditions are not clearly detected before dental procedures are performed.
Tooth damage due to stress, prolonged stress or habits such as: teeth grinding, pen biting,…
The customer had an accident, damaged teeth and needed restoration.
For porcelain crowns, if the customer wants to change the color or shape of the tooth after agreeing to permanently attach it, the warranty will not be valid.
Implant teeth warranty is not available for customers who have their implant procedure done elsewhere and only come to Odent Dental Clinic for porcelain restoration.
